This is usually my go to place for the ER, but today may have changed that. I was seen quickly as I had chest pain and shortness of breath. I let them know repeatedly how much pain I was in and was never given anything to relieve it. I saw Dr Ball for less than a minute initially and then saw no one else but one of the attendants for almost 2 hours. They did the CT and said it was chronic pneumonia and that was that.
