I call Ida the receptionist for a refill on my meds, I got yell called a liar. so I when in to see Ida to see what the misunderstanding was about and to see if we could fix my screw up. when I got there and opened the door Ida started screaming at me to GET OUT!! before I could even say a word. I tried to explain my confusion but she wounded listen to anything I had to say so I left went and wept. I don't understand, I didn't deserve that!?!?
Absolutely love Kristen and her staff. Totally caring and provides such personal attention to my wife and I. Makes us feel like family!
