Aaron is a highly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly inspector. He explained his process and the results clearly and answered all my many questions. His report included photos and explanations of all concerns. I would recommend Aaron without reservation to anyone looking for a home inspector.
We hired Integri-Spec to conduct a home inspection to get a sense of the condition of our home of 21 years. The inspection was easy to schedule, and Aaron was professional and approachable. After the inspection (and before completing his written home inspection report), Aaron verbally summarized his inspection results; including items that he recommends be fixed, replaced, and/or rectified. Aaron also answered our questions - and provided tips - about other home items/issues.
