Edited months later: We did a big renovation of our home after purchasing it. Unfortunately during that process my contractor found a lot of major issues that should have been noted by the inspector. There was major damage to the foundation, a whole wing of the house that was not up to code, shoddy plumbing and electrical, weaknesses in the concrete outside the garage which was damaging the foundation, and many other things. My contractor was absolutely disgusted. So I have to warn people to be a bit cautious. Original Revie... read more
