Photographed and marked electrical service panel as in good condition. A licensed electrician looked at the same panel four weeks later and noted corrosion and incorrect wiring (multiple lines entering the same terminal). The photograph in the inspection report identified the issues were present at the time of inspection. The service panel is 5k to replace and was a core component of the inspection. I would not trust Aaron inspecting your homes electrical.

Aaron provided an extremely thorough home inspection report that saved me from stepping into a money pit of a house. He is professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. Would reccomend Integri-Spec to anyone!
