Edited months later: We did a big renovation of our home after purchasing it. Unfortunately during that process my contractor found a lot of major issues that should have been noted by the inspector. There was major damage to the foundation, a whole wing of the house that was not up to code, shoddy plumbing and electrical, weaknesses in the concrete outside the garage which was damaging the foundation, and many other things. I just bought a house with my wife and realtor referred Aaron and Integri-Spec to me, and I am extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the report. Aaron found a lot of little things in need of fixing, all minor, and his report was extremely well-formatted with professionally taken photographs of every issue.
