I just bought a house with my wife and realtor referred Aaron and Integri-Spec to me, and I am extremely impressed by the thoroughness of the report. Aaron found a lot of little things in need of fixing, all minor, and his report was extremely well-formatted with professionally taken photographs of every issue. They treated me good. He came over to my house on short notice and systematically went around the entire property fault finding and looking for what's wrong. They finished the job the following day when they sent me a cutting edge digital report of what they found. He is a hard worker and provides a helpful service to potential or existing homeowners.

Aaron did a great job! I met him toward the end of the inspection, and he went over the things he had found. He explained things very well and answered all of my questions. He even went over several things that I had questions about that weren't a part of his report. On top of all of that, he even took a couple of extra minutes to help me measure several areas so I could plan furniture placement in my new place.
