Dr Lord is a great veterinarian and knows what she's doing. Thank you to both her and her staff were allowing me to bring in my 13-year-old dachshund unannounced on an emergency appointment due to his back disc having a huge flare up. The acupuncture that she has been providing my dog has been nothing short of miraculous and the care that she and her staff provide is exceptional. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Dayton and the entire staff. I always feel like my pets are in such caring and capable hands. So thankful we found Dr. Lord and this facility. Our sweet little senior Yorkie needs extra TLC, and the whole office is so kind, compassionate and thorough to get to the bottom of what his needs are, without hitting us with all the tests at once. That helps us keep the expense reasonable. They really seem to understand that pups are family! Grateful.
IVC is the most excellent- you and your pet are not kept waiting nor are you ever made to feel rushed - the holistic treatments available are delivered by experienced and knowledgeable veterinarians. You are always given options and the veterinarians work with you to provide your animal companion the best treatment and experience.
Great vet, from the reception team, vet tech, to the Dr, they were all welcoming and very friendly. The office has a very cozy feel compared to others, and my beagle didnt want to leave!
