Due to a car accident 4 years ago I have had ongoing back problems. Michael Heitholt and his magic thumbs bring me great relief so that I can maintain an active lifestyle and not be sidelined by this injury. His work on my back and hamstrings as well allowed me to run my first marathon at the age of 56. Looking to get back to form so I can run a second marathon

Dr. Heitholt is amazing. Seen him six months after a work injury to my left shoulder. I was to the point I couldn't raise left arm more than 6 inches. Left his office I could raise arm over head. After only three sessions I felt about 90% and had full use of shoulder. Dr. Heitholt must have xray vision. He informed me that he believed I had a torn supraspinatus tendon. Love Dr. H!! I started seeing him for a left shoulder injury. He was able to fix it and I haven't had any issues since! I've now been seeing him for a right shoulder injury and some numbness/ tingling issues. He's been great! I tried seeing two other chiropractors without seeing results. Definitely recommended Dr. H!!
Cannot say enough good things about Dr Michael Heitholt at Intergrative Soft Tissue Therapy. While training for a race, I started to develop some pain with my feet and calves. After only a few sessions with Dr Heitholt I was able to continue with my training and ultimately complete the race. Highly recommended.
