Went in to see dr. Alvarez waited 4 and a half hours for for her to leave said she forgot about me had to see np that was the second time these happened to me very unprofessional of the doctor all most all patients were complaining of the long wait don't understand why they schedule so many patients and not enough doctors to see them waiting room so crowded patients had to be standing very unprofessional doctor
I've been going to this clinic for about a year, I have never seen Dr. Alvares just different PAs. A week ago I called the clinic with an urgent question, they told me they will give it to the nurse, since then I called several times expressing my concern about a medicine ( I went on line and googled it, got my information and suspended the meds) I never had a call back, not the first instance that they not return calls. Love the vibes they treat me like a king but the most important is the professional care that's made my life able to hug my children and be able to be a father and do daily things that without the dr I we would not be able so thank you to everyone here keep doing a wonderful job life's do matter
