The Integrative Rheumatology staff was very receptive to my SC referral. They answered all my questions regarding the process and called immediately when the referral was received. My review is regarding the front desk staff. I had a 3:40 PM appointment and, due to an accident on the highway, I arrived one minute late. After driving 30 minutes from Davidson, I was told I could not be seen. I completely understand if a patient is 15 minutes late, but to deny care over a one-minute delay—especially under circumstances beyond my control—is unreasonable. The care & compassion I receive from Dr. Withers, Lakisha, and the staff are beyond compare. Dr Withers and Lakisha always take time to listen, making sure they fully understand my symptoms or changes in progression of my Psoriatic Arthritis & Sjogrens diseases.
