Called to schedule an appointment for my wife. Explained we are cash pay and don’t have traditional insurance. Explained her condition and diagnosis - and that my wife has been to this office before and seen this doctor in 2020. The receptionist would not schedule an appointment without a new referral but can’t explain why when we are cash pay and have all the new lab results, etc. Terrible service. Maybe next time ask the doctor if a referral is necessary in this case before gate keeping for no reason.
Everyone is always extremely nice and are willing to listen to your concerns when brought. A clear plan of action for treatment is laid out before anything is done.
Staff and Doctor Catherine. Was excellent. The phlebotomist does great work drawing blood and the check in nurse Catherine makes you fell comfortable when nervous. The front in staff was very welcoming along with Valerie. Thank you ladies for always being professional.
