Integrative Psychiatry does not know how to care of their patients. My concerns were not taken seriously, and communication during sessions was often unprofessional, with profanity directed towards me. There was inaccurate documentation in my chart, and even more troubling, a breach of confidentiality. I felt I had no autonomy and felt forced to do TMS despite financial and time concerns. I moved to the area and needed a new psychiatrist, so I was referred to Louisville Integrative Psychiatry by an extended family member. Their scheduling team was responsive and efficient in getting me in to see a doctor, and the office space was organized, so I felt comfortable. There ended up being a lot more trial and error with med changes than I thought there would be.
