This provider is extremely unprofessional and only care about taking your money. They lost almost all their medical records because they have no concept of data security, and tried to get me to schedule a whole new round of appointments (intake included) just to get the diagnosis that they should just have.
This place is incredible for therapy etc but since I was refer by Kay I have no trust in any therapist. {on a good note} my journey up until that point was very healing and empowering. {my current journey} I struggle a lot but I manage as well I can and have the skills to do so but doesn't mean I don't or wont struggle... Kay is amazing therapist and she definitely knows her job and will always be grateful for the 7+ years she walked along side me on my healing journey.
I have been a patient of Dr. Williams and I can’t express how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to heal through all the pain that I have endured in my life. I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Williams, Kay, Dr. Javed, Coby, Lynn, Donna, and Danielle for all that they do!
