DO NOT USE. This office is always completely empty but you will still be waiting 2+ hours to be seen. They also will not know why you are there even though they make your appointments for you without consent. They refuse to contact insurance and continually overcharge you. This is the worst office I have EVER been to and I'm from jersey city so that really says something.
This is the worst place ever. Literally only one nurse and one person at the register. The register lady is so rude and careless. Thank god I was able to switch by daughter to another doctor. Please don’t take your kids here if you love them.
Cancelled on my family twice without notice after driving arrangements were made.
Dr. Setya is amazing! Anytime my kids are sick and I’m out of my mind, she has given comfort in calling to see how they are doing or FaceTiming to actually see how they look/feel. Anytime I’ve ever needed an appointment I’ve been very fortunate to get in the following day or that week. I would highly recommend Dr. Setya to any and all parents. I’m so glad to have found a great doctor for my kids.
