My wife Kellye was doing well with the therapy but they closed and did not call us. They do not return calls and my wife is out of her medicine. Not a good way to help people.
For any patients that were left out to dry, I know Midwest Ketafusion is accepting clients for ketamine infusion therapy in Iowa City, IA. I did not personally know Dr Karuparthy, but I have tried to reach out to him since his closing. His patients should be given options and not just get a sign on the door.
Perfect pain care
Patient from day one, 12 years so you would think a call. No, and torn away from meds and care, PEOPLE CAN DIE ERs are packed! Wonderful doctor glad I found him but I am angry! I am back to day one so 30 days or 2 weeks notice we didn't get that either! I WANT TO KNOW WHY.. Staff was awful lately but it couldn't be just that. Now I'm a grown woman in the fetal position day and night!! Do No Harm Yeah Okay
