Such a great experience! Kind and friendly staff, flexible and easy scheduling, clean comfortable office, and for me, it was a safe effective treatment program. All of my questions were answered and addressed, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. If the person I asked didn’t have the answer to hand, someone on the team did. This really worked well for me and my situation, and I am very happy with the results, and look forward to reaching out to them to address any further needs!
Dr ly and her staff are top notch. The best customer service and she is an amazing neurologist. She listens, cares, and comes up with the best treatment plan to address your needs.
My psychiatrist referred me to this clinic for symptoms related to depression. I was given 9 sessions of TMS which did not work. However one uncomfortable thing I realized was that Helen Ly seemed to be more focused on getting the money for it than caring for her patients. Before the first session, she tried subtly to convince me to go through with it.
