I had two appointments with Dr. Waugh and was very disappointed, basically zero help and just in it for the $$$. First off I want to say the lady at the front desk not friendly at all and seemed to hate her job. My two appointments in May were both scheduled at 11:00. The first appointment cost $199(did not accept my Blue Cross insurance) doctor was running behind almost an hour wait, no apology from dr. when she finally came in to see me our visit was exactly 10 minutes. Cassie Davis has been a lifesaver for my wife and I. She found issues that we both have been fighting for other doctors to find. She found it on the first visit. She listens and will go out of her way to find a solution.
Love Wendy Parks! I was feeling terrible, went to see my doctor and he dismissed me saying I was,"getting older and you should expect to feel worse as you age and decline." Went to see Wendy and she listened! I mean really listened and believed me. Ordered blood work. Fantastic diagnostician! She had me feeling better quickly!! 10/10. Highly recommend!!
