We are very grateful to have Dr. Ruelas in our life! He has helped our family tremendously. I had seen him myself 13 yrs ago and had an amazing experience, which led to a pregnancy. I will never forget a time when I received a call as I was leaving his office. My other Dr. gave me the good news of a pregnancy and I couldn’t with the excitement.
