I signed an agreement that I only owed my copay when I went in for a visit. I got a huge bill and a letter that I was being sent to collections after tracking down the office manager (repeated phone calls) I was told not to worry it was a computer glitch I said ok and then recieved another bill about a month later for a different higher amount. I called again very upset and was told oh don't worry about it and I will speak with the owner Dr Schultz and take care of it. Then I received a bill for my wife.... Avoid this place ... read more

Great place as far as treating the condition goes. My insurance company tried to screw them out of payment. They sent me a bill for a bunch of money, but luckily I was able to call my insurance company and argue with them and they eventually paid out. The office representative said they were battling my insurance company for 18 months and didn't get anything paid and I make one phone call and like magic the money gets from the Health Insurance company to the provider. I went there over 4 years ago and Recently got a bill when I called to see what was going on I spoke to the office manager and he said it was some computer glitch. I said ok then I was sent another bill for a different amount about a month later... Needs new management

Everytime I went I saw a different doctor. It was like a "mill" there. I think there is some questionable billing there. My insurance company kept calling me asking if I had all of the services on certain days and also asked how long I was really there. I have never had those kind of questions when I lived in another town and saw a chiropractor there. I don't think anyone is really in charge there.. I'm here to tell you that Integrative Medical Clinic has the best Chiropractors in San Antonio, Texas. I just moved here from California and I've been to several clinics around the city looking for the ideal chiropractic care, and after coming to this place, I no longer have to search. When I got there, I didn't even have an appointment and they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Despite the full parking lot, they still welcomed me even being as busy as they were. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much progress I was making at each appointment. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went.
