Not pleased with this group at all. Original Dr was late by 30 mins+ on every appt. Takes a lot of effort to get prescriptions refilled. Website says open till 4pm on Fridays. When called, closed!!!!
Zakaria’s office has gone down hill exponentially over the years. Constant turn over in staff, over prescribing tests while at the same time not providing results to those tests, or having office staff call with results who cannot answer questions about the results. No way to reach Crestwood office directly while they continue to expand with an urgent care facility. Healthcare is stressful enough but this group compounds the stress unnecessarily.
I wish I could give a zero. I just came from there with my daughter who has a swollen eye. We wanted to get seen by a doctor but was told the doctor was not there, we asked to see the nurse practitioner and apparently she does not take new patients. Then we asked if she could call their urgent care in crestwood to see if they take new patients and even that they were not willing to do. What’s the point of being an urgent care?? Was not feeling good could hardly move and Dr. Zakaria staff was able to get me in asap as walk in. It was even faster than any urgent care I been to. Staff was professional and easy going. Best place to get health care. They did my x ray on spot and all.
I honestly loved being here. The office staff work together so well and really go out of their way for you. I have heard the office manager call like 5 pharmacies one after the other to find this rare medication for a patient. The providers get very detail oriented and have even diagnosed rare diseases without having to go to a specialist. I have a lot of confidence in people here from the front desk staff to the clinicians.
