My therapist was Maria Tenuta. She did an excellent job helping me with my OCD. I'm very grateful to her for the following reasons. She thoroughly explained what OCD is and gave me simple effective strategies of help me live with it. She was very encouraging and compassionate, while keeping me on track. Her homework assignments were right on and targeted areas I needed work on. If you need help with OCD I highly recommend Maria!
Julie Glass is outstanding, professional and has helped me a great deal with understanding myself, why I repeat destructive patterns and how to heal and move on in a healthy way. I could not recommend her more highly. Also, I have family members that have seen Nick Potter and he is also outstanding, particularly with adolescents who have experienced trauma.
