I had a deeply meaningful and therapeutic session with Mayra at Integrative Healing & Wellness, LLC. The session, which included Reiki and myofascial therapy, was gifted to me by a dear friend who wanted balance and healing for me after a year of significant loss and longstanding physical and emotional challenges. Was not sure what was what to expect from first myofacial treatment. It was more gentle than a standard massage so I was not sure what come it. Her hands felt like they were on fire Before my session I had a Greek salad with some leftover. About an hour after my session I ate the remaining salad BUT now it Tasted amazing. I recommend Mayra. She is trustworthy to be vulnerable with and her sessions provided relief. She’s a gem and a good conduit healer.
I recently brought my newborn son to see Mayra for a myofascial release therapy session, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient, taking her time to make sure my baby was comfortable throughout the session. Afterwards, he seemed so calm and relaxed—it was wonderful to see. We’re so grateful for her care and highly recommend her to any parents considering this therapy for their little one.
Do it! If you are wondering if you should, you DEFINITELY should! I had the most relaxing, beautiful and therapeutic experience! I will be back to explore more! I am dealing with a great deal of pain, and Mayra really went the distance for me and I am much better because of Mayra’s hard work and dedication to her craft.
