Had a slight mishap trying to remain youthful. Not to be. Was on a floating trampoline with a small launch tube off the side. Was launching our grandsons and on my third launch, I fell backwards into the trampoline and got pinched between the two apparatus snapping my neck forward. I instantly felt a massive muscle pull in my left shoulder blade (Scapula) and backbone (Vertebrae).
