Brenda is more than just a massage therapist, she listens carefully to determine the best treatment, and coaches you on what you can do to help improve and maintain your fitness, I highly recommend seeking her help.
I look forward to my visits with Brenda! She does a great job at tailoring treatments to what my health goals are, and combining therapies for what works best for me. I always feel great afterwards, I just wished a lived a little closer to the office so that I could go more often!
