Called and left a voicemail more than once with no reply. But I was looking for a dentist urgently so went ahead and scheduled an appointment online through their website. Showed up to the office a little before the appointment time (4pm on a Thursday) and no one was there and the doors were locked. Google maps shows they are open at this time but no. It shouldn’t be an option to schedule an appointment if they won’t be there. Poor communication and service.

I had a consultation yesterday to discuss removing a root canal tooth and replacing a crown for another one. This was my first appointment with a biological dentist, I wish I would have known of them prior to getting any root canals. Dr. Brookover and his staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and informative. They explained everything and answered all of my questions. I recently had a lot of work done at Integrative Dentistry and was overall very satisfied. Dr.Brookover is very intelligent and the staff are very competent, which made me feel comfortable. Everyone there is nice and was very patient with me as I had so many questions. I appreciate the holistic dentistry care and definitely have become a regular patient.
