Bieneman took my money, $427, on May 10th. It was an unauthorized charge. I want my money back. I will continue my reviews everywhere and anywhere untill you mail me a cashier's check. Understand.
I had been going there for years and never had a problem until recently. The hygienist I saw left so I saw a new one there. It was horrible. I have no idea where she got her training but I have to ask, did she actually go to school? She jabbed at my gums my mouth was full of blood. She then took both her hands and tried to stretch my mouth open I told it will only open so far. She never even rinsed the blood in my mouth. I sent them an email but never heard back. I will never go back.
