Left the practice after Dr Thompson sold it. Had zero balance at that time. 10 months later I receive a bill from the new corporation that now owns the business - claiming I owe over 200.00. No dates of service listed, insurance billed, or even what they are billing me for. Just a bill with an additional late fee written in. Outrageous. I've asked them to explain but have not heard back.
Did a bunch of fillings for me. Good job. My only complaint is I think he could have done a better job smoothing ridges out/fixing bite. Sure I could have gone back and got it adjusted. I didn't.
Great place to go. Very friendly staff and a nice clean professional environment.
