Ever since Scott retired and the new corporation bought it theres nothing but trouble with the business. does anyone answer the phone? cant email, they just want text and then act like you never text. the cleanings used to take a good 30 min you felt like teeth were really clean now its in and out and almmost like there still a film not clean on your teetch. I dont go there anymore after dr Scott left , its like a AI office now
Poor communication. Person at front desk says something different than hygienist, who says something different from billing. Texting is not an ideal way to make, manage appointments and billing. After last appointment front desk says I owe nothing, than almost a year later I received a statement saying I never responded to the statement they sent a few months ago (never received), and that I owe them QUITE a bit.
