Patrick gave attention to parts of my body that most massage therapists don't, or don't do deeply enough. I feel much looser and have less pain today. He is a thoughtful and original person, interesting to talk to. I left with much to contemplate.
Patrick gave an excellent sports massage and was great at checking in and explaining what he was doing.
I worked with Patrick for the first time this week after hearing about how fabulous and skillful he is through several friends. Sure enough, I left our session feeling not only VERY relaxed, but also educated and uplifted. I could feel Patrick's care and devotion to his craft, and he certainly demonstrates great mastery. My only suggestion to anyone working with him is not to drive immediately after a session. ;o)
What a lovely, playful, wonderful contact class and jam! I will be back
This was a great massage. I appreciate his understanding of how the body moves and recommendations on how to move in a way that is sensitive to where I was experiencing pain. I will definitely go back again.
