Sheena is simply the best! She gets all my stubborn knots out and she helps my stressed out body recover. Her massages are healing. I love how knowledgeable she is about the body, I learn something new every visit. She is friendly and the environment is cozy and always comfortable.
Sheena is an amazing massage therapist and bodyworker. She is very knowledgeable and pairs massage with movement for more comprehensive healing. She has been integral in the recovery of my shoulder surgery. Since moving away from Louisville I have genuinely struggled to find someone as professional, helpful, and integral in my athletic recovery as Sheena. I would highly recommend anyone, but particularly athletes check her studio out.
