I have had a wonderful experience with Integrated Behavior Health. Darrell answered my phone calls and seemed very concerned about what I have been going through. He promptly set me up with the appointments I needed. I felt he was really knowledgeable and very caring. Talking to him made a huge difference to my psyche.
This is not just negligence. This is emotional and ethical malpractice. I found this therapist (Katrin Kutlucina) Psychology Today. She responded to my initial message and told me she would take me on as a client, even offered to start pro bono while I transitioned from Medicaid to private insurance.
