Susan is an amazing counselor. She’s helping me heal from C-PTSD:When I asked my husband if he could see a change in me since starting counseling, his answer was a resounding “YES! Most definitely!” He said I was full of life, peaceful, joyful, more in touch with my emotions, you have normal “feelings” that are expressed over life incidents… even if you aren’t crying. Susan is fantastic. She creates a comfortable space for discussion and a range of tools based on your individual needs. I said to her directly "you healed me!" Could not recommend more!
15/10 recommend anyone navigating separation/divorce take the Rebuilding workshop that Susan offers. She is a great therapist and facilitator and, in individual sessions and group sessions, cultivates a feeling of community, safety, and peace for group members.
We hear it all the time: healing is not linear. I’m so grateful for this practice being there for the ups & downs along the journey, for holding a space to start a new chapter, & for providing the tools needed to go forward.
What sets Susan apart is her insightful approach and dedication to my personal growth. She listens attentively, offers thoughtful feedback, and provides practical strategies that I can apply in my everyday life.
