Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, where I’ve been a patient for five years. My pregnant wife had a 2:30 PM appointment, and she and our son were left waiting for an hour and a half. I had to leave for some tasks, but when I returned around 4:00 PM, I went to the reception to join them. By that time, my wife and child were already in the room with the doctor. My husband and I are so grateful to have Dr. Oliver Huang as our new family doctor. Having experienced less attentive care in the past, we truly appreciate how refreshing it is to have a doctor who is so patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Unlike before, Dr. Huang always takes the time to listen, carefully reviews our medical records, and proactively follows up on our test results — making sure everything is clear and nothing is missed. They have consistently not been answering calls. I have been trying to reach them since last week without any success. I wish there were an alternative option to visit or receive assistance.
Be mindful that this is NOT a walk in clinic. I saw the photo with the big "walk ins welcome" and assumed it was but it isnt; that photo is from 9 years ago.
The Staff are very helpful with inquires and everything related to setting up appointments. Dr. Linares is compassionate and professional in working with me and providing much support when I need it. People in the comments honestly have to have a little patience and human compassion, it will go a long way. Keep up the great work Integrated wellness!
