Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, where I’ve been a patient for five years. My pregnant wife had a 2:30 PM appointment, and she and our son were left waiting for an hour and a half. I had to leave for some tasks, but when I returned around 4:00 PM, I went to the reception to join them. By that time, my wife and child were already in the room with the doctor.
