Integrated Physical Therapy (or Integrated Therapy Practice) of Valparaiso is AMAZING! The evaluator was Karen in Crown Point (that was the soonest I could be evaluated, so I chose Crown Point) but they have many other offices. Karen is AMAZING in her knowledge, bedside manner, evaluation, and treatment.
