The service department of this company is the worst--rude, clueless and ineffective. Stay away!
Our HOA required alarm monitoring services and this company was at the top of the list of recommended providers. Read the fine print with this company. They lock you into long term contracts which they claim gives them the right to raise their bill at their discretion. To end services with them, they demand payment for the full term of the contract. Repugnantly unethical and predatory.
They are absolutely the worst to deal with.
If the rating included ZERO stars I would rate Integrated Systems w/ a -5! Used to be a Colorado owned company now sold at least 3 times in the past 5 years. The service is sub par at best and integrated is more concerned about locking down a 3 yr contract then making sure your alarm system is working correctly and the customer is safe. DO NOT use this company there are better more economical alarm companies.
