Have a defective kneecap and was getting treatment, then they quickly cut off my ability to seek treatment (despite officially still accepting UPMC on their site) when they saw I turned 26 and the insurance changed. I assume they couldn't milk the money out of my insurance from before. For all interested, Dr. Phillips goes money > patients; pathetic.
My husband recently had two carpal tunnel surgeries with their hand specialist, Dr. Tiedeken. What a wonderful experience! Dr. Tiedeken is very nice and informative and we would highly recommend him. The results have been amazing, his hand function is almost back to normal. The surgery center in Leesport is clean and convenient. The staff at both the surgery center and the office were professional and personable. Everything about our experience was absolutely top notch.
I saw Dr. Philips a few years ago when I broke my leg in 2 places. He and the staff were very good, kind and attentive. When I had another issue recently, this is where I went.
Can’t say enough about Dr. Phillips, his P.A. Brandon, and treatment I received. Explained everything to me about my rotator cuff surgery and more importantly, LISTENED to me and my needs. Dr Phillips also repaired my son’s torn ACL in 2013. 11 years post op and my son has not had any trouble with the repaired knee since!
