Had an appointment at 2:30. Sat in the exam room until 3:05. Never did see the doctor. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
The medical tech was very professional and knowledge.
I was referred to have a sleep study done through Integrated Sleep Solutions of Gulfport in May of 2017. They weren't able to schedule me an appointment until 6 weeks later. I thought that was normal. I had my first sleep study done. I received excellent attention from a knowledgeable technician. I was told I needed a second sleep study. They couldn't get me in until 6 weeks after that. Then I needed an appointment with Dr. Douglas to review my results, get a diagnosis and get a prescription for a CPAP machine.
