Friendly and informative staff. Short wait time. Dr Tej is very personable. He listened carefully and looked me straight in the eye during our conversation. He is certainly knowledgeable and I trusted his advice. I am going again for my next skin cancer evaluation.
I paid the balance for an office visit several months ago. I tried to pay it in person, but both times I went to the office during posted business hours, the office was closed. I called and asked if I could pay it through a portal, but the woman on the phone said that was not an option. She had me pay it over the phone. I asked if she could email me a receipt, but she said she did not know how to do that in the system. I’m grateful to have been referred to Dr. Tej Mudigonda. Dr. Mudigonda, his technician, nurses and receptionist are great. The whole team is competent, listens, answers any question, is caring and inspires confidence.
EDIT: I am currently changing my review, I have been working with this institute to remedy my scarring and I am hopeful for their gameplan. I hope to increase my review again at the end of the process. I would like to commend the doctor and his team for working with me through this. AVOID. The staff was very friendly, but I went in for a cosmetic procedure and left with scars that were larger than the original area.
I’m a new customer. Everyone was super nice very gentle. They did a biopsy and I didn’t feel anything. It was a good experience.
