Scheduled an appointment. They called to confirm the appointment that morning. When we got there it was closed. I called and was told sorry there was a mix up in scheduling. The appointment was for my granddaughter. She stayed home from school and I missed work. Then we were told they would do a video appointment. We stood out in the parking lot for a mental health evaluation! Needless to say I canceled it. My son has custody. He was told he had to stay for the whole appointment.
