We have had a very difficult time getting them to help fix our camera system. I’d recommend using someone else if you are on the fence about who to hire. It’s been two months now and they keep pawning us off and saying they are too busy to help us. Not the kind of customer service I’d expect with as much as you pay them.
Great company. Very responsive.
