This pharmacy is a scam related to Austin Gastroenterology. This pharmacy should be illegal. Instead of sending my prescription for a serious infection to the pharmacy of my choice Austin Gastroenterology send it to this sham! I’m not an idiot, but clearly you think your patients are idiots. This stupidity delayed my treatment for almost a week. I’ll see you in court for damages!
Was dreading dealing with them due to reviews. I called. They answered after about 15 minutes. The woman who answered the phone was polite and gave the information I needed. Yes, they are pricey for my med. Probably, it's the going rate. So, I called the Canadian pharmacy where I bought it before (10% of the price) and my meds can't currently be bought there, due to tariffs. Thanks, Trump!
This pharmacy is beyond atrocious. If there were something less than one star they would receive it. Their service is awful. They are rude. They are not helpful. They allow my medicine to sit for seven days. They are not Better Business Bureau that says a lot, doesn’t it they should have their license revoked. I’ve already contacted the state regarding this pharmacy. Avoid them like the plague.
The hipaa form they send you from a text cannot be completed at least from my iPhone using safari as a browser. I tried about 20 times and went back to make sure I “acknowledged” the other forms that were included but still received an error (picture included) that i am missing something after the form was completed. I sent a text for “help” and they repeat just to text “stop” if you want to opt out of receiving texts. No online help available. Why offer a “help” option if that is not really available? I would give 0 star if there was that option. Bad bad customer service. The lady couldn’t answer my simple question about the bill that I already paid. She even was not sure and still said yes. She asked me to call back without reason 🤦♀️. If you don’t know, just tell me that you don’t know.
