The hipaa form they send you from a text cannot be completed at least from my iPhone using safari as a browser. I tried about 20 times and went back to make sure I “acknowledged” the other forms that were included but still received an error (picture included) that i am missing something after the form was completed. I sent a text for “help” and they repeat just to text “stop” if you want to opt out of receiving texts. No online help available. Why offer a “help” option if that is not really available? I would give 0 star if there was that option. Bad bad customer service. The lady couldn’t answer my simple question about the bill that I already paid. She even was not sure and still said yes. She asked me to call back without reason 🤦♀️. If you don’t know, just tell me that you don’t know.

I used to be a customer of Integrated Rx, but my insurance changed my specialty pharmacy to Accredo Specialty. Wow! I wish it had not changed! I contacted Accredo 2 weeks ago and still don’t have my prescription! Of course you still have to get insurance approval for any pharmacy, but once Integrated had all my paperwork, refills were SO fast! With Integrated I would get prescription refills delivered overnight or I could go by a pick them up, if I needed. My new pharmacy says refills will be 7-10 days! I will definitely ret... read more
0 STARS. We had to get approval from our insurance on a medication. Integrated RX said it takes a few days. I followed up twice with them and they assured they hadn’t heard back. Then another whole week passes by and i call for another update only to be told it wasn’t approved and they had gotten that denial a week ago and never thought to let us know!!
