Edit 7/17/2025: They did the part of the roof that they missed nearly two years ago but it's not great. It's still not finished & the new work that has been done is choppy. I didn't bother getting ANOTHER inspection done on it because I can plainly see the deficiencies despite being told it is done. I want to give Al the benefit of the doubt here, but either his guys still aren't telling him what's going on or they think I am stupid? Edit December 19th 2024: Al said he would fix the roof and fell off of the face of the planet once more. I am getting my lawyer involved again. Al, I would love to just put all of this behind us. We've been doing this for well over a year. Please just finish the roof you started. I understand Shane screwed both of us over and both of us have had a hard personal year, let's please just finish this damn thing please. Al and his crew came when the weather broke and did a fantastic and quick job tearing down and reshingling my roof in a day. They were respectful and very good at what they do. His crew did a thorough cleanup when they were done. His driver hooked up and removed the trailer shortly after the roofers left. I would recommed Integrated to anyone looking to get their roof done in a timely manner.
We had our roof redone with Integrated Roofing Solutions a little over a year ago. Sadly, it seems that both the roofing company and I were taken for a little bit of a ride by an unscrupulous sales person/project manager of theirs at the time named Shane who never finished the project. It seems that we are not the only people who had this problem with Shane, but we admire the owner Alvaro Garcia for his responsiveness in making sure that the incomplete work is going to get taken care of.
