Josh and his team were responsive and reliable and accommodating. They came out immediately. They brought their equipment got it set up communicated regularly to let us know the status of the water mitigation, gave us accurate estimates and re-estimates as the project continued. I found josh to be an extremely responsive project manager for this company. I felt in really good hands and would highly recommend josh and his team.

I have used Integrated Restoration for two projects most recently vent/duct cleaning. The team showed up on time, were professional and did a thorough job. Additionally, they kept the home clean through the process.
From the first appointment with Integrated Restorations, the process has been incredibly wonderful. Kevin (Estimator), Jake (Contract manager), Martin and Ricky (Management) go above and beyond to provide everything needed for the restoration of my ground level. We had a wind storm tear parts if our roof off. Integrated Restoration came to us to tarp the roof, estimates were done quickly and efficiently, and the repairs were done so well. The crew and everyone we worked with were great. We will be back for our siding soon.
