Ruben and his team were excellent. I spent 16 weeks with them and they helped me rehab a badly torn shoulder. It's up to me to keep it up but I couldn't have done it without their direction. Can't say enough about their professionalism and we had some fun there, too.

Big THANK YOU to Nick and staff at Tolland. Started PT for hip problem in Nov. twice weekly sessions till now have made a big improvement. Courteous, friendly and professional group there. Most of my treatments were by Nick with Eddie assisting. I am very satisfied with the treatment and the improvement since they began working with me. Discharged today with lots of materials that will help me follow the regimen that began two months ago.

I've used them a few times over the years and had great results. Even eliminated a surgery on my shoulder. This is not a personal doctor visit, it's more like a gym and they work as a team to push you to stretch and strengthen muscles to eliminate pain. You have to do the home exercises to recover quickly. Ruben was my therapist, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had never done physical therapy, but because I'd really wrecked my back, therapy was prescribed for me. On the advice of several other people in town, I went to Integrated Rehab. My initial confidence in them was low. I got marginally better, but things progressed very, very slowly. At times, I wondered if they knew what they were doing. My therapist seemed inexperienced. I went here 4 weeks after rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. I went in with the RX and protocol from my Dr. for physical therapy. My first initial consult was fine, every appointment there after started to become a little more frustrating. I wasn't paid much attention to by my therapist, I was pretty much given exercises and left to my own devices. I was not properly informed how to do them. Only by me asking questions did I learn what I should and should not be doing. I wasn't given any print outs for the exercises ... read more
