Josh and I have been renters with this company over two years and nothing but great things to say. Especially Aaron Oakeson he has been swift and reachable when something breaks down he is there to fix it. Would love to stay here because he has been the best landlord we have ever had, would love to stay but brother is getting married and I am moving down to Provo. Would 1000% recommend this landlord and this company.
Aaron has been great, I’ve only been a resident for a month but the apartment needed a few things before we moved and it was done by move in date. The paint, carpet and appliance are in great shape too. We had one maintenance issue and it was fixed quickly and easily. He is a responsive landlord! I hope to stay here until my son graduates high school because the location is also perfect.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! As a first-time homebuyer I definitely had a lot to learn, but Aaron was there every step of the way and then some. He was always super-flexible about going to see properties I thought I might be interested in. Then once we found the place I knew I wanted he acted fast to help make sure I got it, even during the height of the holiday season (I expressed interest in the listing the evening of December 22nd and we were in the property and made an offer by the 23rd!).
