Receptionists are often quite rude. No one ever answers or calls you back. There’s a general sense that they don’t have it together. I believe they need to make serious improvements especially considering they are a care provider for such delicate matters

It seems as though all the decent providers, the ones who really care about their patients, end up leaving. It really makes you wonder why, but spend any amount of time trying to interact with the receptionists in the St. George office and hearing her repeat "well, that's just our policy," it seems to be less of a mystery. This place used to be great before the last few months of 2024 going into 2025. I have experienced constant phone tag, getting on the phone with an actual person is near impossible, and you have to sometimes wait up to 10 days for them to even send a new script to your pharmacy. The receptionist they have working there now likes to be a know-it-all and will transfer you to lines without anyone on the other end. Just another voicemail that will go unanswered. Horrible patient care. I called 3 times to have my daughter’s meds refilled and never received a call back. She had an appointment scheduled, she called the morning of to double check her appointment time. They confirmed. When she arrived she waited for 45 minutes and called me because no one had helped her at all. When I called, they told me that White may be running behind.
