Poorly run business im suprised they have as many contracts as they do
A business that cares nothing about the EPA requirements governing noise control. I live near Drakes Salisbury North and IPS continually turn up on a Thursday morning well before 7:00am and begin using a high-pitched domestic leaf blower. This is already a noisy area, but being awakened before 6:45 by power tools is just too much.
