They were tasked with completing ADA ppr work and I lost my claim. The initial paperwork had several typos and misspellings. I had to contact them several times to make sure that paper work was actually submitted. In addition they never created a treatment plan for me to follow and inaccurately reported that I was not taking my medication when I was taking my medication as prescribed for three months and that I was not compliant. How can she say that I was not compliant with a treatment plan that was never shared with me.

I am very grateful to this office and the staff because I can keep my dog thanks to them. The doctor understood the importance of “Bartolo”, my dog for my emotional health and she was willing to write a letter for my HOA to allow me keep my only and loved friend “Bartolo”.

I have to thank the staff and the doctor at this practice. I had been dealing with severe depression for month and all three doctors I visited before did not take the time to listen, they just prescribed without even taking much intoconsideration. This practice's staff is amaizing they made me feel comfortable and welcome and the doctor is a true listener.
