I had an appointment for my daughter at 11:15 I gave the office to call to see if I was able to arrive a bit later and she informed me I need to be there within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. I arrived at 11:27 well within my range and was refused service. With no apology for the misinformation instead I was given a rude look by the front desk staff as I walked in and was not even Greeted but instead treated like it was my fault? Concerns about billing/charges.
I've been seeing Dr Syed for LITERALLY 12-15 years. She gets busy at times, but ALWAYS makes sure i have whatever i need and she is literally my one stop shop... AMAZING, IF shes taking new patients, you'd be doing good to go see her!
