We recently had the pleasure of working with Mattithe Don from Integrated Plumbing Solution, and I can’t say enough about the excellent job he did cleaning out the sink drain in our staff kitchen. Douglas repaired a leak in the hot water line in the kitchen under the slab of our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He was very respectful of our home and willing to answer all our random homeowner questions. The repair was extensive, requiring the slab to be cut, concrete to be broken up, and refilled (per the photos). I would recommend Douglas and Integrated Plumbing Solutions for all your plumbing needs.

I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions late on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to be at my house by early the next morning. Matt, the plumber, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, which was a bad hot water heater, sourced a new one, and installed it. He then conducted a complete house evaluation, and wrapped everything up by early afternoon. I was very pleased with the service and especially with Matt.

Changing my review given the actual experience. My initial review was based on the quoting experience. Jacob was very thorough and answered all my questions during the quoting. Turns out we needed our water heater replaced and we ended up adding the filtration system. However the experience was less than satisfactory. First of all Jacob indicated that the schedule was tight and they really wanted to be at my house a certain day to get the job done and wouldn’t be available again for a long time.
