Never had much luck with physios until going to IPC. Training for a marathon and feeling a lot of knee pain I came in and saw Lisa. She was able to recover any pain I had and I was able to keep on track with my running plan. Ended up nailing the run and completed it well within my time, many thanks to Lisa and the team.
Lisa is fantastic, I feel like she’s the first physio I’ve seen that actually gets it and is genuinely able to help and understand what I need for recovery. Thankyou
