Yuliet is the absolute best. She really helped me become pain free. She is very nice, I would highly recommend her. :)
Yuliet Alba is an awesome therapist that combines Physical Therapy techniques with Pilates for whole body integration. She is just an amazing therapist and human being and sessions with her are far away from traditional sessions. She takes the time to explain the goals of each exercise and the prognosis of the therapy . I always bring lots of questions and she answers each of my questions with wisdom , love and compassion. Excellent experience. My therapist Yuliet is very professional and caring. I came to her with some serious rigidity issues since I have early onset Parkinson's. Within 3 sessions I was able to complete a routine that seemed impossible beforehand. Yuliet took the time to create an exercise routine to cater to my needs as A patient. I highly recommend her.
I gave IPT 5 stars only because the system won't let me give it 6. I went to IPT 8 times in the month of January, and never had the exact same treatment twice. The session always starts with an assessment, and then the results of the assessment guide that day's treatment. Craig Cohen and team have skillfully and compassionately helped me work through various issues and keep up with my marathon training -- 200+ miles in January. Absolutely, positively NO way I could have done that on my own. Thanks Craig!
I've been a patient for nearly one year under the care of Yuliet Alba. I have many musculoskeletal challenges on account of my physically demanding profession of a periodontist. Yuliet always goes above and beyond to create appropriate treatment protocols for my multiple challenges. She is up on the latest techniques to best benefit her patients. The exercises, the Pilates and her myofascial work is bar none. The staff is wonderful. THANK YOU IPT!

After seeing an orthopedic surgeon for tennis elbow, he told me to go see Craig at IPT. After a few sessions, the pain is gone. Craig and his staff are the best.
