Russell and David were a pleasure to work with. My family was experiencing a large number of paper wasps inside our home last year and thought we had the problem solved after two other exterminators came out to spray. David was so professional and so knowledgeable about what I thought were just common bees, turns out they were yellowjackets and very aggressive if provoked. Living in my house siding. He arrived here, assessed the situation, and within an hour they were taken care of. You can't even imagine my relief as I have a 3 year old that plays in the exact spot they were entering our home.
