Got rid of persistent carpenter ant problem; came back to finish job at no charge when first treatment didn’t get them all.
Russel removed a hornet nest for me. He showed up on time and did a great job. Did not take him long at all. He was very knowledgeable and has a fun personality. Thank you!
David who serviced my home was very knowledgeable and very nice and polite, unfortunately the owner quoted me a cheaper price in the beginning and David handed me a bill which was $30.00 more than the $200.00 quoted. ( not his fault) Two months later, I called because I had more problems with black ants and spiders. Since the owner said the service was for a year, he never told me there would be another charge. I cannot recommend these guys enough - I had to call around quite a bit to find someone who could handle a yellow jacket nest in a hard to reach part of my house. They were able to come out very quickly and demonstrated a very scientific understanding of how our yellow jackets behave, which lead to an effective treatment strategy. Based on my experience I'm going to be calling them any time I have a pest issue. Thank you so much for everything!!
